Bright salmon pink. The nose is expressive, with redcurrant, morello cherry, and a touch of fine spice. The palate is lively and clean, balanced and elegant, full of strawberry and raspberry with a whisper of rose petal.

The Story
L'Instant Rosé comes from Château Les Bertrands, the Dubois family estate at Reignac de Blaye, where ten generations have farmed since 1692. Picked at night to keep it fresh and pressed gently, it rests three months on its lees for roundness. It comes in a pretty pink case of six, as lovely to give as it is to pour, the kind of gift a special lady will remember.
