The Dubois family have farmed at Reignac de Blaye since 1692, ten generations on the slopes of the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux. Their 130-hectare Château Les Bertrands grows Merlot and Cabernet for reds and rosés, and Sauvignon and Muscadelle for whites, across a patchwork of gravel, sand and clay. Sustainable since 1996 and HVE3 certified, the family, led today by Laurent Dubois and the tenth generation, farms as naturally as possible to let each terroir speak.
